Aggiungi al carrelloSoft cover. Condizione: Very Good. 1st. Poetry. The curios thing about this book is that the title is also the title of each of the individual poems as well, the book is divided into two parts, the first features poems written in stanzas of a page or so length in a usual lyric format, the second section is a long poem in large font capitals that reduces each line to a single word. This last long poem is also called Satellite Strains. This is poetry worth reading, I did.

Hardcover. Condizione: very good condition. Condizione sovraccoperta: very good. First Edition. First Printing. 302 pages, notes, index, publisher's ephemera laid in While most people are familiar with the rough outline of Arnold Schwarzenegger's meteoric rise, from bodybuilder to box-office superstar to governor of California, the full extent of his reach into the American imagination has never been catalogued. This is the first analysis of the phenomenon of Arnold-in-America. Traces Schwarzenegger's innumerable cultural incursions: how he has become a major metaphor for all things big, powerful, and influential and how he has redefined the American body.
