This very rare booklet was found with the original mailing (unaddressed) envelope in NICE condition with a few side splits. The booklet of history and a poem is in near fine condition with a very light glue ghost/bleed through from the envelope. Contents Fine. Very uncommon as I could find only one example at local institutions (NHHS), no others for sale or recorded as sold.
