The work shows that the involvement of notaries in agreements to have children on the occasion of a sperm donation can contribute to more legal certainty under current law and would offer great added value within the framework of a reformed law of descent.; Angesichts der Entwicklungen in der Fortpflanzungsmedizin und der Vielfalt gelebter Familienmodelle werden die seit Jahren geäußerten Forderungen nach einer Abstammungsrechtsreform lauter. Die Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit Kinderwunschvereinbarungen anlässlich einer künstlichen Befruchtung mit Spendersamen und nimmt abstammungsrechtliche Folgefragen in den Fokus, die die rechtliche Elternstelle neben der Kindesmutter betreffen. Sie beleuchtet, wie die Einbindung eines Notars bei der Abgabe entsprechender Erklärungen de lege lata zu hoher Rechtssicherheit beitragen kann, und zeigt Grenzen der notariellen Mitwirkung auf. Im Schwerpunkt ausgehend von dem Diskussionsteilentwurf, den das BMJV 2019 für die Reform des Abstammungsrechts vorgelegt hat, werden einzelne Reformvorhaben eingehend untersucht und bewertet. Die Analyse belegt den Mehrwert der notariellen Beteiligung in Form der Beurkundung abstammungsrechtlich relevanter Erklärungen in verschiedenen Reformszenarien auch de lege ferenda.; Dissertationsschrift.
