Containing constructive criticism of leadership training in the RAF, this is one man's view of life and learning in the RAF during challenging and changing times. In addition, it includes a `tyro's guide' to the basic techniques of flight and flying. From a successful secondary career with the Industrial Society, Richard Boult goes on to draw parallels between military management practices and leadership training in the business sector.
