A 1906 edition (orig. copyrighted in 1904), this 12mo has red-brown cloth-covered boards stamped with a green & black design & lettering to front & spine. Condition is Good: generally very clean with small random spots & smudges; pgs 152-153 show crayon scribbling--text still readable. Sewn binding is secure, but both hinges are cracked. Pages modestly tanned, heavier around edges, but unmarked save for two address labels inside front cover over former owner's name in pen. Two old gift inscriptions dated 1919 & 1936 to ffep; NO other writing/underlining/highlighting. Flaws: rubbing to extremities, heavy along spine, with many heavily rubbed spots/patches. No DJ.
