Although a bi-monthly publication, the 1980 volume produced only four journals, the reason for which becomes apparent in the President's Message on Page 2. There, Mr. Bowman, who assu…med Editor duties, cites dramatically rsing costs associated with publsihing the journal and solicits donations from the members to keep the journal alive. This would seem to account for the decrease in issues published, a cost-cutting measure. The 1980 issues here are sequentially numbered 1 through 4, so it is a complete volume for that year.
