Adhered to rear board verso is an accordion-fold 10-panel chart with 112 mounted yarn samples in a variety of bright colors. Front panel shows black and white illustration of Farbwerke Vorm. Light soiling and fading to some leaves at edges, faint dampstaining to cloth of front board, otherwise clean and sound with all samples present and in excellent condition.

(Hier besonders interessant der seltene Briefkopf : Nach Liquidation der IG-Farben 1952 lautete der neue Firmenname ? Farbwerke Hoechst AG vorm. Meister, Lucius & Brüning ? und als kreisförmiges Logo wurde erstmals die symbolische Darstellung der Brücke verwendet (Nirosan).
