Jean-Pierre Blondel en Christian Sauvage behandelen de geplande uitbreiding van het stadscentrum van Louvain-la-Neuve en de bijbehorende projectontwikkeling. Tot de gerealiseerde projecten behoren onder meer het Institut Européen de Cinéma et d'Audio-visuel, het Documentatiecentrum van het Nationaal Polytechnisch Instituut Lorrain, het Beheercentrum van Ottignies, het Nationaal Instituut voor Informaticaonderzoek, de uitbreiding van de faculteit Letteren en het universiteitsrestaurant van Louvain-la-Neuve.
