Includes a supplement, being a bibliography of Minnesota writers in various fields of interest. The autobiographical sketches are arranged alphabetically in three groups: Fiction, Nonfiction, and Juvenile. For each author there is a brief introduction by the editors, the author's own life sketch, and a list of their writings.

Decorated blue cover has serious damage to top edge, but otherwise okay. Dustjacket is tanned and is damaged in the same spot on the top edge, plus other wear to edges, including a few small tears.
