Oktober 1794) in französischer und deutscher Sprache und ergänzte bzw. spezifizierte näher die Regelungen zur Requirierung von Lebensmitteln in den besetzten Gebieten, nachdem es zuvor offenbar Klagen über die Vorgehensweise der Armee gegeben hatte. Nach der Schlacht von Jemappes (November 1792) gerieten die Österreichischen Niederlande vollständig unter die Kontrolle Frankreichs. Im Oktober 1795 wurden die Gebiete im heutigen Belgien als Departements in die französischen Republik eingegliedert. Pierre-Mathurin Gillet (auch: René Mathurin Gillet) , geboren am 28. Juni 1762 in Lanrelas, gestorben am 4. November 1795 in Paris war ein französischer Revolutionsaktivist und Politiker.
