The same year Encyclopedia Britannica Press issued a book that contains black and white stills from the film. That is the book in hand. There are short captions for each picture written by the editors of Britannica Junior. There are 19 lovely monochrome photo-stills from the movie. The short textual captions pull the brief story into focus. We see a farm boy and his father tending horses and cows, shearing sheep. There is the birth of a calf. There are pigs and even a goat. It is a poignant tribute to old style farming and animal husbandry.
