Contains 40 double-page hand-colored maps of Dorchester with map index. All maps present. Original blind-stamped boards with half-leather. Leather corners missing. Spine cover worn and lettering no longer readable. Binding solid. but rear board nearly detached. Inside covers and front free end page have some soiling. Front free end page and title page each have a small red ink stamp from a real estate company. All interior pages clean and bright. Maps clean and bright with a few having spots of soiling from use in margins with no impact to maps. A few maps have some pencilled notations about property sales. Photos of all maps, covers, and all pages available. Each map is color coded to illustrate type of construction and various types of property.
