Light scratches that might affect playback, still very good in a very good illustrated cardboard sleeve with bumping, rubbing, the bottom seam partially split in the middle, and an abrasion to the top of the rear label not affecting any text. "7 West Grand" address on the labels and on the back cover. "DS-612-A" on the A side and "DS-9612-B" on the B side.
