Aggiungi al carrello12pp. Newspaper format. Twice folded, clean and near fine, some wear to folds. Issued as "Writing 6". Illustrated. From the colophon on the final page: "The poems here printed were chosen by Basil Bunting and Peter Quartermain. . "Stones trip Coquet burn" appears for the first time . The interview, "Basil Bunting Talks About Briggflatts" is copyright 1970 . This issue of Writing was edited for Stan Persky and Dennis Wheeler by Peter Quartermain." An illustration on the final page contains an announcement for Bunting reading BRIGGFLATTS at UBC on Friday November 20. Richard Burton, in his biographical work: "A Strong Song Tows Us: The life of Basil Bunting", quotes Charles (Mike) Doyle on the subject of the UBC reading: "Some months ago he gave a reading at U.B.C., Vancouver, and the noted American poets Robert Creeley and Robert Duncan flew from San Francisco specifically to attend the reading. An audience of about 500 gave Bunting a standing ovation at the end." This Vancouver publication is very scarce indeed.
