About an inch of the upper corner of the first blank page has been clipped off. Signed by editor and contributor Vicky Burgess on the first blank page in blue pen. Binding is straight and tight. Tips of the lower corners of the last three pages in the book have been bent over. Pages are otherwise all clean, white, and crisp. Signed by the Author.
