Mitglieder der NSDAP-Fraktion (darunter z.B. der Oberbürgermeister aus Lindau-Aeschach Ludwig Siebert) wurden wegen Erscheinens in Parteiuniform () auf Grund des § 31 Abs.2 der Gesch. O () aus dem Saal gewiesen, dann für die folgenden 8 und endlich für die folgenden 20 Sitzungstage ausgeschlossen ()." (aus dem Eintrag des Sprechregisters vom 17.6.1932). Dieser Ausschluss betraf letztendlich die 43 Mitglieder der Fraktion, die bei den letzten freien Wahlen des bayerischen Landtages am 24.04.1931 in den Landtag gewählt wurden.
