Der erste Teil ( Scribe ) mit altem handschriftlichem Besitzvermerk auf dem Titelblatt, Seiten teils etwas fleckig oder stockfleckig. // Der zweite Teil *Hamlet * etwas fleckig und stockfleckig. Dieser Teil ist unvollständig, der Text bricht auf Seite 128 ab, diese Seite ist unten restauriert und überklebt. // Der dritte Teil *Locataire * von Sewrin und Gaveaux mit Titelblatt und 53 Seiten. Seiten hier teils etwas stockfleckig. Insbesondere dieser Teil ist von hoher Seltenheit = Opus 17 von Pierre Gaveaux. Gewicht 250 Gramm ).
