If you can identify M.D.Sturge, who is responsible for these presumably, all this might actually be a virtue, otherwise it clearly reduces value. Red cloth covers rubbed and slightly chipped at spine ends, spine somewhat darkened, otherwise minimally worn and boards clean though have small light patches of slight pigment loss. 1st ed. 1892, this trans. from 2nd German.
