Soft cover. Condizione: Fair. Wear and discoloring to the spine, small amount of paper loss at the spine ends. Engineering Library stamp and date stamp on the front cover, but no other library marks of any kind. There is also a sticker on the front cover containing the typed information: "Gyroscopics p.405-411." In the Professional Notes section, pages 405-410 have been removed. The last page has pulled away from the staples, but is not separated from the binding. The binding is still tight. Interesting ads in the back of the issue for manufacturers of old aircraft of the day, such as Loening Aeronautical Engineering Corporation, Curtiss, Consolidated Aircraft Corporation, Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Company, and Wright Aeronautical Corporation. Photos of U.S.S. Olympia, U.S.S. Baltimore, U.S.S. Raleigh, U.S.S. Concord, U.S.S. Boston, and other ships at the Battle of Manila Bay accompany the article about that battle. There are more photos with other articles as well.
