In Ottoman script. Full. 1 p. 'Jabi-i Waqf was a collector who was collecting revenues of waqfs in the Ottoman Empire. Mehmed Arif was one of them in the period of the rule of Sultan Abdülhamid 1. 'Edā tezkiresi' is a summary document written between the government organs and important people in the Ottoman bureaucracy. Text: "Arz-i bendeleridir oldur ki; Merhum Yākub Aga nām sāhibü'l-hayrin evkāf-i akārātdan Ēatalca kazāsina t'abi' Karasakal karyesinden vāki' Kavaklar Degirmeni dimkle mā'ruf āsiyābin halā mutasarrifi Selim Giray Sultan taraflarindan Ali Aga kullari yedlerinden bin yüz seksen alti senesi [i.e. 1186 AH] Muharremi gurresinden bin yüz seksen yedi [i. e. 1187 AH] Zilhiccesi gāyetine degin iki senede müctemi' olan yalniz yigirmi bes [i. e. 25] gurus icāri mezbūr taraf-i vakf iēün ahz olmaga isbu edā tezkīresi virildü.
