No Binding. Condizione: Fine. Condition: FINE. Copy of 1986 letter Charles Liteky sent to Pres. Reagan renouncing his Congressional Metal of Honor. It is SIGNED by Mr. Liteky and dated Oct. 12, 2008 at bottom of page (below the preprinted signature on letter). Mr. Litkey was only person to ever turn in his MOH award in US history. Also comes with original New York Times and Philadelphia Inquirer obituaries for Liteky. Scarce signature since Mr. Liteky was known for refusing autographs yet he did sign this renunciation letter that I sent him in 2008. SIGNED.
