The Big Bull Herd was established in 1911, and this appears to be one of the original founding documents by the originator, comprising the rules, regulations, and ritual. This copy was created for the #6 in the order, ' Inner Herd Guard' (one of the 'Exemplary Lieutenants'), and consiststs of 135 typed pages (mainly carbon) jam-packed with elaborate ritual, rules, etc. The text is longer and differes substantially from the 'Old Pap Bull' volume we have seen (shorter at 98 pages). It opens: 'This order was founded, orgainzed and promulgated by Fenelon F. Chevis, of Los Angeles, California, and had its first introduction to the Fraternal World on WEdnesday night, April 19th, 1911, where it was received with applause and unanimous acclimation by all who were initiated into the mysteries of its ritualistic ceremonial. The ritual and all the secret work was written completely by him and finished on May 20th, 1911.'.
