The cloth spine is a bit mottled and is starting to split at the bottom. Wear at extremes. Internally in very good condition with the views quite interesting and tinted with aqua. Accordion fold out format. Two pages of descriptions of the fair which have been age-toned. Overall in GOOD condition. Better than most and a good gift item. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Profusely illustrated with woodcut plates and views. The printing of the book is interesting, with each page having a red decorative border, ads printed in red and blue, and ads on the back of all of the smaller folding maps.
