This is one of a Limited Edition of one thousand published in 1964 by John Howell Books, printed by Lawton Kennedy of San Francisco, CA. Oversized hardcover has brown & gold floral cloth over boards with bright gilt lettering to spine. Condition is Fine: just about as bright & crisp & clean as brand new!
