Serutan was for stimulating bowel regularity, and Nutrex was advertised as a thiamin supplement to combat tiredness. The rear exterior of the bo…ok is given over to adverting the two products. Richard Maxwell (B. 1898) was a well-known tenor and hymnologist. He wrote or edited several books devoted to church hymns. While these hymns come form that old time religious tradition, they all seem to be easy and neighborly, rather than traditional, and - they are definitely not Hell-Fire and Brimstone!
