There is not much publication information here, but it appears to be issue no. 2 in a periodical entitled "Dvice." The subject is New York subway musicians, and there is a CD in the rear pocket, presumably with some of their music. There is a slipcase, which is SIGNED by photographer Danny Clinch with the date 2008 and "NYC" written below. The book is near fine with a bit of corner wear, while the slipcase is very good, with somewhat mroe significant corner wear and some creasing at the base.
