Original Dutch edition of Colijn in de caricatuur, a collection of 100 political caricatures depicting Dutch statesman and Prime Minister Hendrikus Colijn. With a foreword by Dr. Colijn himself. The caricatures are by numerous prominent Dutch artists, including Johan Braakensiek, Tjerk…Bottema, Albert Hahn, L.J. Jordaan, Louis Raemaekers and George van Raemdonck. Published as numbers 171-172 of the popular Libellen-Serie by Bosch & Keuning, Baarn. This copy is the fourth printing, explicitly stated on the title page as "Vierde druk, 21e-25e duizendtal." Condition: Used vintage copy. The paper wrappers show age-related toning, light soiling and handling wear, with some wear along the edges and corners. Interior pages are generally clean and intact, with normal age toning. Binding remains intact. Please see photographs for the actual condition.
