Title in white on front and spine. Tight, straight binding. Internally very good. The author, an American Minister to Denmark, took some children and with a camper they set out on a trip. The journey took them through the Danish countryside where they explored mediaeval castles and plunged into the blue water of the Kattegat for a morning swim. Copenhagen's serene beauty, and the little country villages, were the setting for their wanderings; and the old legends and fairy tales to be found in Denmark were the leitmotif of the journey.
