".as I stood gazing up through the branches of this giant oak it seemed as if it reached and reached until it touched the far-away sky, and I wondered could I climb up there, would I be among the clouds and stars and angels ." - excerpt from The Story of Lovie. "In 1987, the seed of an idea was first implantedon my soul to be instrumental in ensuring that The Story of Lovie was put into book print. My husband Jerry and I self-published the book in 2002, printed a 2nd edition in 2004 and are now excited to provide this delightful timeless tale in audio form. First and foremost, I am eternally grateful for the living loving presence of Spirit that has guided my every step. Secondly, I have the deepest gratitude to Myrtle Fillmore, co-founder of Unity, for the consciousness she lived and dared to write about. Her uniqe approach to writing and her fascinating way of personifying Truth principles through the characters in this story bring this book to life. My gratitude's run deep to all those angels along the way who have believed in my dream and have been a part of this venture in so many ways. I hesitate to name them individually so as not to neglect any one of them. From teachers, to students, to friends and family, each one represents an energy in the completion of this project. From my heart to yours, thank you. - Reverend Lei Lanni Burt, from the rear outer CD case. "We wanted to capture the true feelings of this book and the spirit that would be expressed by recording this in the familiar surroundings and comfort of home. Reverend Lei Lanni's heart and soul were poured into the reading of this book, and it was my privilege to be her producer and experience this magnificent story live. Every effort was made in the editing of this CD to stay true to her presentation and to assure your experience was the same as mine. The Story of Lovie is one that will touch your heart and soul and will revive that spirit of Christ in you, each time you listen." - Eric Royce.
