Some splitting on sides of backstrip. Waterstain on all leaves (including the folding Exhibits) in upper right corner; contents otherwise sound. . Laid in are 6 glossy black and white photos (28 x 21 cm.) of trans-Hudson traffic and three similarly size glossy traffic charts. None appear to have been included in the report. The photos have taped slips, generally on back, identifying each photo. One slip credits that photo to Margaret Bourke White. Perhaps these photos and charts were prepared in connection with this joint study but not used in this report. Coverdale & Colpitts seems to have reagarded a 125th Street Trans-Hudson bridge as a key component in meeting future Trans-Hudson traffic demand. The 125th Street bridge never happened.…
