Phelps/Schaefer Litho-Graphics Co. of Brisbane printed the illustrations. The type, Monotype Scotch Roman, was composed by Mackenzie-Harris Corp. of San Francisco.The paper is Mohawk Superfine Text. The books were bound in San Francisco by Cardoza-James Binding Co.
