Free endpapers toned; scattered foxing, slightly heavier to prelims and Index, otherwise contents clean with no annotation or inscriptions. A Very Good copy. Autobiography by the British writer and director of theatrical revues, who turned to making films in the 1930s. His most famous productions were There Goes the Bride and The Midshipmaid, both dating to 1932 and starring Jessie Matthews.
