Very light wear to corners, spine label very slightly starting to separate, else Very Good or better. Signed by Robert Creeley on colophon in rear. Significant association copy of this deluxe volume, inscribed and signed by both Creeleys to the artist R.B. Kitaj and his wife Elsi Roessler on front free endpaper: "For Ron and Elsi - a little bit of a lot - with all love, Bob" and "Dear Ron & Elsie [sic] - With love - Bobbie." With Kitaj's ownership signature at top right-hand corner of the same page. Kitaj and Robert Creeley collaborated numerous times, most famously A Day Book: Art, Poetry and Collaboration.
