"To Men of Earth" is the account of an unusual visit which began at the White Sands Missile Proving Ground, near Las Cruces, New Mexico, on July 4th 1950. It happens to be a tru historical record of an event, which did not take place just as described, although that is probably too much to expect the average reader to believe. Fortunately there is no need to do so, since the book, even if considered only as fiction, is fascinating reading, and makes a substantial contribution to the understanding of the subject.
