Weber: The Sense of Touch" by the Academic Press and a preface to the second edition by the Erlbaum [UK] Taylor & Francis publishers. The later edition contains "De Tactu" [Der Tastsinn} translated by H.E. Ross and "Der Tastsinn" [Das Gemeingefühl] translated by D. J. Murray. All soundly bound - and perhaps unread. No owner's marks. Some light scuffing to covers. The slipcase is very good - completely sound, but with some scuffing and scratches to the plain green covers.
