He is the author of over 60 publications, including books on Lachaise, Nakian, Diebenkorn and Frank Lloyd Wright.

Issued in conjunction with a 1987 exhibition featuring 17 paintings rendered by New York School abstract artist Philip Guston (1913-1980). He was inspired by travels in Italy. Catalogue lists 17 items, and all are pictured here. A brief intro appears toward the middle of the book. Otherwise, there's minimal text. Uncommon. VG. Light toning and bumping to wraps.
