Cover decorations are stamped in gilt and white. Gilt is still bright and shiny. White parts are intact with almost no flaking. There is a full-color, oval illustration of a Christy girl mounted on the front cover. The attractive endpapers were designed by Margaret Armstrong, and are signed MA.
