An historical tale set around the late-Revolutionary War battles and intrigue in Illinois between the American General George Rogers Clark and the British Henry Hamilton, and the various Native American tribes caught between them. The cover uses a somewhat generic Native American blanket design as the background. Originally published by Macmillan, 1903, this is a reprint circa 1905-1910.
