Illustrated with photographic plates, and two large coloured folding maps to the rear. In a red cloth binding. Externally, sound, though with some bumping, some marks, and some sunning to the spine. Internally, generally firmly bound. Front hinge is very tender. Pages are bright, and generally clean, though with some instances of foxing. Good. book.
