In most cases, the results of these examinations were normal, confirming the psychogenic origin of the vast majority of ED. In terms of evolution, 25.8% regained a normal erection, 45.5% noted a progressive improvement over several months, while 6.1% showed intermittent improvement and 7.6% noted no improvement; 3.0% noted a worsening of the dysfunction. En cuanto a la evolución, el 25,8% recuperó una erección normal, el 45,5% observó una mejoría gradual a lo largo de varios meses, mientras que el 6,1% mostró una mejoría intermitente y el 7,6% no observó mejoría; el 3,0% observó un empeoramiento de la disfunción. L'âge moyen des patients était de 48,01 avec des extrêmes de 24 et 77ans. La tranche d'âge de plus de 50 ans était la plus représentée avec 47%.Les commerçants sont exposés dans notre série avec 22,4%. Après interrogatoire le motif de consultation le plus représentée était le SBAU avec 69,69% à l'opposition des plaintes de la partenaire qui étaient de 9,09%.Au TR une Prostate hypertrophiée était retrouvée chez 37,87%; Dans la plupart des cas, les résultats de ces examens étaient normaux, ce qui confirme l'origine psychogène de la grande majorité de la DE. Concernant l'évolution 25,8% ont retrouvé une érection normale, 45,5% notaient une amélioration progressive depuis quelques mois alors que 6,1% présentaient un amendement intermittent et 7,6% ne notaient pas d'amélioration; 3,0%, ont plutôt remarqué une aggravation de la dysfonction. Tandis que 13,6% ont été perdu de vu.

Nach der Befragung war der häufigste Grund für die Konsultation der SBAU mit 69,69%, im Gegensatz zu den Beschwerden der Partnerin, die 9,09% ausmachten.37,87% der Patienten wiesen eine vergrößerte Prostata auf; in den meisten Fällen waren die Ergebnisse dieser Untersuchungen normal, was den psychogenen Ursprung der meisten ED bestätigt. Hinsichtlich des Verlaufs hatten 25,8% wieder eine normale Erektion, 45,5% stellten eine allmähliche Verbesserung über einige Monate fest, während 6,1% eine intermittierende Veränderung aufwiesen und 7,6% keine Verbesserung feststellten; 3,0% stellten eher eine Verschlimmerung der Dysfunktion fest.
