The episodes in the books of this series are based on notes entered in her diary while she was living among the Indians. This book is a story of the adventures of two little Indian boys whose homes were birch-bark wigwams in the woodlands. It can be read with ease by third-grade children, but, like the other books of this series, it will also be read with interest and profit by the children of higher grades.
