L'objectif de cette étude est de contribuer à l'appréhension des abus de droit perpétrés dans la baie de Hann à travers la présentation du cadre juridique à elle dédié, des cas, causes et conséquences de la violation des dispositions régissant cette portion géographique. La stratégie de travail s'est articulée autour de recherche documentaire, d'entretien semi-structuré ainsi qu'une observation directe. Ce scénario malencontreux se déroule, en dépit de l'existence d'un ensemble de règles juridiques adossé d'une mission d'implémentation dont l'administration sénégalaise est mandataire, dans un contexte de laxisme administratif. L'objectif de cette étude est de contribuer à l'appréhension des abus de droit perpétrés dans la baie de Hann à travers la présentation du cadre juridique à elle dédié, des cas, causes et conséquences de la violation des dispositions régissant cette portion géographique. La stratégie de travail s'est articulée autour de recherche documentaire, d'entretien semi-structuré ainsi qu'une observation directe. Différentes parties prenantes ont été saisies via un questionnaire en vue d'étayer notre argumentaire avec des données imbues de traçabilité et de fiabilité.
