Hardcover. 120p., profuse b&w period photography, period and contemporary photos in b&w and color, tribute artwork in color reproduction. Sewn binding in fine shape, 12x8.5 inch white papered boards enclosed in its dust jacket. Originally a Netherlands production, this is the first American edition. Book itself is slightly edgeworn but very clean having been protected by the dj, while the dj itself is very edgeworn with some short tears. A good to very good copy.
