She tramples under her feet some figures symbolizing disaster and jealousy. An old man looks up at FatherTime, who is showing a written-down leaf. On the ground, Caritas sits with a lion and a lamb beside her. In the sky a group of putti and two hands holding rings, holding a banner with text about the sacred nature of marriage.On the cartouche held by Father time are names and dates of birth [death, and marriage] of the children the couple had.Signed at bottom with the address of the publisher: Geinventeerd en getekend door H.
