Para ello, se llevó a cabo un inventario en la provincia de Tlemcen con el fin de recopilar variedades… locales e introducidas de trigo duro (Triticum durum) y de trigo blando (Triticum aestivum) para su caracterización morfológica. En este contexto, se estudió una colección de 16 variedades de trigo procedentes de diferentes regiones de la provincia de Tlemcen, utilizando 9 rasgos agromorfológicos cuantitativos y 16 rasgos cualitativos. La diversidad fenotípica se determinó mediante el índice de diversidad de Shannon-Weaver (H') a diferentes niveles (muestra total, por tipología de trigo y por nombre de variedad). Los valores de H' estimados mostraron una amplia variabilidad fenotípica para los distintos rasgos cuantitativos, con un H' medio de 0,58 para el trigo duro y de 0,52 para el trigo blando. En cuanto a los rasgos cualitativos, el índice de diversidad fue de 0,05 para el trigo duro y de 0 para el trigo blando. Los resultados del análisis de componentes principales (ACP) de la población estudiada y de la clasificación jerárquica (CAH) mostraron una clara distinción entre las diferentes variedades.

An inventory was therefore conducted in the Wilaya of Tlemcen to collect local and introduced varieties of durum wheat (Triticum d…urum) and soft wheat (Triticum aestivum) for morphological characterization. In this context, a collection of 16 wheat varieties from different regions within the Tlemcen Wilaya was studied using 9 quantitative agromorphological traits and 16 qualitative traits. Phenotypic diversity was determined using the Shannon-Weaver diversity index (H') at different levels (entire sample, by wheat type, and by variety name). The estimated H' values showed wide phenotypic variability for the various quantitative traits, with an average H' of 0.58 for durum wheat and 0.52 for soft wheat. For the qualitative traits, the diversity index was 0.05 for durum wheat and 0 for soft wheat. Daher wurde in der Wilaya Tlemcen eine Bestandsaufnahme durchgeführt, um lokale und eingeführte Sorten vo…n Hartweizen (Triticum durum) und Weichweizen (Triticum aestivum) im Hinblick auf ihre morphologische Charakterisierung zu sammeln. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde eine Sammlung von 16 Weizensorten aus verschiedenen Regionen der Wilaya Tlemcen anhand von 9 quantitativen agromorphologischen Merkmalen und 16 qualitativen Merkmalen untersucht. Die phänotypische Vielfalt wurde anhand des Shannon-Weaver-Diversitätsindex (H') auf verschiedenen Ebenen bestimmt (Gesamtheit der Stichprobe, nach Weizentypologie und nach Sortenbezeichnung). Die geschätzten H'-Werte zeigten eine große phänotypische Variabilität bei den verschiedenen quantitativen Merkmalen mit einem durchschnittlichen H' von 0,58 für Hartweizen und 0,52 für Weichweizen. Bei den qualitativen Merkmalen betrug der Diversitätsindex 0,05 für Hartweizen und 0 für Weichweizen. Die Ergebnisse der Hauptkomponentenanalyse (PCA) und der hierarchischen Klassifizierung (CAH) der untersuchten Population zeigten eine deutliche Unterscheidung zwischen den verschiedenen Sorten.OmniScriptum SRL, Str.
