Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. pp.xxxiv, 856 pages, a very good plus hardback which was paid to be professionally rebound to retain an antiquarian look and feel. The original full calf leather front and back covers have been incorporated into the new bindings that have a matching faux leather spine with gold gilt lettering against a black Moroccan style label and raised bands, absolute minimal evidence that the book was part of a uk university library, & with only the first 3 pages having any additions - the rest are completely clean!
