So the book serves two purposes mainly at the same time: a synchronic study of the contemporary state of the Misings in relation to their religion, dress, food habits, education and other important cultural practices and a diachronic study of the basic cultural changes coinciding with their migration gleaned purely from their oral history. 68 pp. Englisch.
