Nel complesso trattasi di un bell'esemplare contenente il repertorio bio-bibliografico sugli scrittori ligustici e altre tre dissertazioni. Da notare che questa è una delle poche, rare, copie completa della bella antiporta architettonica di Domenico Piola.
