Dust jacket rubbed and soiled; small chipping at spine and flap fold ends with minor losses, nicks, short tears, and some creasing at other edges; vertical crease to front flap with publisher's printed price at top right corner. Red cloth with black stamping to spine and front board; light mottling; shallow loss at spine head with heel frayed; slender fraying/wear along boards' edges with top corners bumped. Two light stains to text block's top edge. Interior pages are clean. Binding is firm. Popular early 20th century series for children utilizing dialect and stereotypes. Dj's rear flap cites six Miss Minerva books cumulating with "Miss Minerva's Scallywags" which was first published in 1927 thus establishing the book's earliest possible issue date.

Hardcover. Condizione: Very Good. Vintage Book with only the copyright date of 1920 showing. Hardback book of 320 pages is in Very Good condition with a tight binding and mostly clean crisp pages. Book appears to have had little use. No writing or other markings in the book. Outside page ends show some spotting ("shelf wear") but it does not effect the inside pages. Outside cloth covers are nice with some minor wear to the outside cover corners and edges. Nice Looking Classic!
