The purpose of this research is to understand the effect of PV laws and policies on the deployment of solar PV panels as well as the factors affecting the performance of the laws and policies. The promotion of legislation and policy-orientated strategies are both a vital path for China to catch up with the frontier states in the area of science and technology related industries.
